    Conference kit will not be guaranteed for registration after 15th October, 2025.

    Terms and Conditions

    Registration Guidelines:
    • Above fees are inclusive of Goods & Service Tax.
    • Payment Options : On-line, NEFT, IMPS, Bank transfers & Debit or Credit cards.
    • Online payments made via Credit or Debit Cards will incur additional bank charges as per the applicable rates.
    • All Remittance/Bank charges/Online transaction fees are to be borne by the registrant.
    • Letter from HOD is mandatory for Postgraduate residents for registration.
    • Conference registration is mandatory for presenting Free papers and Posters.
    • Registration is mandatory for all delegates including children 5 Years and above.
    • Photo ID is mandatory for all delegates for security reasons to enter the conference area.
    • Please ensure to wear a registration badge all the time (Bar Coded) during the conference.
    • Accompanying persons will not have access to the Scientific Halls.
    • No credit policy for registration fees. Registration fees mentioned are non negotiable.
    • Registration is Non transferable.
    • The organizing committee is not responsible for payments made in any form without a registration form and details of payment. Organizing committee will not entertain requests to refund the same.
    • Delegate must bring the acknowledgment letter/payment receipt with registration number during the conference for badge collection.
    • The conference kit would be handed over only to the registered delegate with a VALID photo id.
    • For spot registrations - Payment will be accepted only by mode of Cash & UPI Payment.
    • Conference kit will not be guaranteed for registration after 15th October, 2025 it will be subject to Availability.
    Cancellation and Refund Policy

    Registration is Non transferable & Non Refundable.

    Cancellation Policy:
    • a. Till 15th October 2025: 25% of the registration amount will be deducted.
    • b. After 15th October 2025: No refund will be provided.
    • Note: All approved cancellations will be processed and refunded after the conclusion of the conference.
